Our strength and functional fitness classes are challenging (but nothing you can’t handle), progressive and fun so you can get the most of your training and see results.
We offer a range of small group classes to cover all your training needs.
Group Class
Bear Camp
Functional Fitness at its finest.
Our signature functional fitness class, Bear Camp, runs 3 times a week on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
These classes combine dumbbells, assault bikes, ski ergs, and a range of equipment to get you both fit and strong. If you enjoy EMOMs, AMRAPs and HIIT in a fun group environment, then this is the class for you!
This class is scalable to all levels.

Strong
& Lean
Strong & Lean classes are designed to do exactly what it says on the tin.
Programmed and periodized resistance training that focuses on different body parts, 3 times a week.
MON: Squat/knee-dominant + pulling
WEDS: Upper body + unilateral hip work
FRI: Hip-dominant hinge focus + Push + unilateral knee
These classes are centered around the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight training, regularly focusing on compound movements such as squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press.
This class is scalable to all levels.

Hyrox Engine

URSUS is a HYROX Training Club. Our HYROX Engine classes are a high intensity sessions designed to build your cardiovascular fitness, endurance and stamina - perfect if you’re race prepping!
Our HYROX Engine classes are every Tuesday and Sunday.
These fitness and strength classes are scalable to all levels and are suitable for beginners.

Strengthen your core, improve your cardio.
A balanced, feel good class designed to build aerobic capacity while strengthening your core. Expect intervals on the ski, row and assault bike to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall work capacity, paired with focused core training to support posture, stability, and efficient movement.
This class is scalable and suitable for beginners.

Join us every Saturday at 8:00am for the ultimate cardio class.
Using only the row, bike and ski machine, these classes are challenging and fun!
Get ready for maximum calorie burn and cardio conditioning.
