The word “URSUS” means Bear in Latin, reflecting our raw approach to fitness.

So don’t expect anything easy! We make training challenging enough (but nothing you can’t handle) to help shape the best versions of yourselves.

We offer a range of group classes, to cover all your training needs.

Group Class

Bear Camp

Functional Fitness at its finest.

Our signature class, Bear Camp runs 4 times a week on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. These classes combine dumbbells, assault bikes, ski ergs, and a range of other equipment to get you fit and strong. If you enjoy EMOMs, AMRAPs and HIIT in a fun group environment, then this is the class for you!

This class is scalable to all levels.

Group Class

Strong
& Lean

Strong & Lean classes are designed to do exactly what it says on the tin.

Programmed and periodized resistance training that focuses on different body parts, 3 times a week.

Mon: Lower Body

Wed: Upper Body

Fri: Split

These classes are centered around the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight training, regularly focusing on compound movements such as squats, bench press, deadlift and overhead press.

This class is scalable to all levels.

Written by women, for women.

This popular class runs 3 times a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8am. With a focus on strength training and functional fitness, these classes are fun, energising and inclusive.

Engine club

High intensity Hybrid training.

This brand new class runs every Tuesday (all day) and every Sunday at 9:00am. These full body workouts aim to build endurance, power and cardiovascular fitness.

Get ready to move through a variety of exercises and modalities and develop your stamina and coordination.

This class is scalable to all levels and is suitable for beginners.

These 45 minute classes run once a week on Saturdays at 11:15am.

Each session aims to improve your flexibility, range of motion and reduce your risk of injury.
