Level up your fitness and strength and join us for a 6 Week Program.

Commit to six weeks at URSUS, learn new skills and work on specific fitness and strength goals with our expert coaches.

We are excited to announce that Coach Cintia will be running a 6 Week Olympic Lifting Program every Wednesday starting on the 19th February.

These 1.5 hour classes will include a 30-minute mobility section, followed by a structured program to help you learn and improve your technique for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
